Welcome!
We are a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) and the Sierra Pacific Synod.
We are focused on community, services, worship, and study.

We invite you to join us weekly for Worship.
In-person and Live-Streamed on YouTube, Sundays @ 10:00 am
Helping our Community:
-
Food Bank Distribution: First and Third Fridays of the month from 9am-10am. We accept non-perishable foods (boxes, canned, etc). Contact us for any other products. For more information, check out Food Bank for Monterey County's website.

-
I-Help: Once a month, we provide shelter and food for men in need. St. Philip's has been a part of I-HELP since the inception of the program. For more information, check out their website.

What to expect during service:
-
During worship, we participate in a variety of music, readings, and prayers. There is a mix of both traditional and more contemporary hymns lead by organ or piano.
-
At the center of worship is a scripture-centered sermon based on the readings for the day.
-
We have communion on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.
-
During the Advent season, we will be lighting the Advent wreath every Sunday.
